    I know some people get heart problems by drinking lots of energy drinks. I used to drink 2-3 drinks per day instead of coffee too before, because I thought they were just like other soft drinks only would give me some energy. Now I understand that it was way too much…. They are not the same as coca-cola or sprite….. I'm not saying energy drinks are bad. That is true, moderation is the key! Take care of your health guys.

  2. I drink energy drinks because I'm allergic to coffee, I usually drink one after a long day of doing farm work and have some more activities(night class, etc.). But moderation is key in my experience, I limit myself to one small container a day and drink it slowly, I've never had a crash from drinking it that way. It's also important to not use them as a substitute for sleep as well.

    I usually drink a 16oz. can of Monster over the course of 8 hours, drinking about 1/3 of the can every 2 hours. I'm sure to drink water in between, and I also drink the sugar-free variety. I don't experience a crash (probably because there's no sugar buzz), and it's just enough jolt to keep me focused and energized. I think that if you pace yourself and know what your body can handle, you can play it safe with energy drinks.
